New Tippmann Paintball Gun the X7 Phenom
Posted by paintballtech on October 21, 2009
The Phenomenal X7! TippmannParts.com is now taking pre-orders for November delivery.
The new X7 Phenom from Tippmann has been labeled the “Ultimate Woodsball Marker”. Built along the current X7 body style, the X7 Phenom is already ahead of the game in accessories. It can accept over 20 original X7 mods and upgrades, even the Flatline barrel! With a new design bolt system, seen nowhere else in paintball, the X7 Phenom has the best technology in a smaller package. Almost 3 inches shorter than the X7, the Phenom is lighter and still has the Tippmann Mil-Sim look. It has Picatinny rails to mount all your tactical accessories!
The new Flex Valve system allows for faster rates of fire than blow back markers and can operate on either co2 or HPA. The blow forward design operates at a low 300 psi. That means more shots per tank, and a lot less kick and movement. You’ll be able to stay in the game longer and hit more targets with the super smooth operation of the new Flex Valve.
Semi or Full-Auto? You decide! The X7 Phenom incorporates the Hall-Effect trigger and safety system proven in the previous H.E. Grips. Easily switch from safe, to semi, to one of 5 firing modes. Just flick the switch and change your style of play from sniping to machine gunner! It’s a seamless change not only between modes, but from a mechanical operation to electronic.
Another feature players have wanted is the option of a mechanical backup to the electronic modes. If you get in a tight spot and your battery dies, flick back to semi and you’ve got full mechanical operation to fight your way out! But that’s not all! It’s a sear-less design. That’s right no sear in this baby. Less parts equals simplicity, less wear, and a smoother trigger pull.
Also included on the X7 Phenom is a redesigned cyclone feed. To keep up with the Flex Valve system, the need for an upgrade feed system was a must. The new design fires up to 20 bps is also easier on paint.
Does not qualify for the X7 rebate program.

New Products at TippmannParts.com
Posted by paintballtech on July 23, 2009

The Roc Stock is another great product from KillJoy Industries. This stock has the ability to be offset to the right or left side, allowing for greater mask clearance. Since it is able to be quickly adjusted with one hand, you can quickly set up one of the 36 possible configurations on the fly. Made of high grade machined Aluminum, the Roc Stock is made to last. The Roc Stock is currently available for the Tippmann A5 and X7.
The Zero Kick ACT Hammer from TechT is an upgraded hammer for any Tippmann ACT gun. Because of its 58% weight reduction from the stock hammer, the Zero Kick ACT Hammer gives you much less reciprocating mass inside the gun. This means the gun kicks less and cycles faster, which will help to improve your accuracy and your rate of fire.
Have your A5 or Model 98 professionally refinished by Conlee Custom with a DuraCoat camouflage. These patterns are gorgeous. They’ll make your gun STAND OUT off the field and BLEND IN on the field. If you’re adding this service to a gun you’re purchasing from us then it takes about 2 additional weeks for your gun to arrive to you. Expedited shipping and service is not available at this time. DuraCoat is a two part chemical coating. DuraCoat was specifically made for firearms so it easily stands up to the wear and tear of paintball. With normal use, a marker will last several lifetimes when refinished with DuraCoat. This service was available for the X7, but is now also available for the A5 and 98 Custom. It is available in Digital Woodland, Digital Desert, Digital Urban, MC Heavy Green, and Army ACU.
IVT – Integrated Valve Technology CO2 Tanks are the newest innovation from JT USA. The IVT CO2 tank features an internal magnetic float which represents your liquid CO2 fill level on the indicator strip. This allows you to know when you are running low so you don’t ever have to lose another game because you are out of gas. Also, the valve is located internally in the neck of the tank so even if you screw off the top of the tank, there is no chance of the tank shooting off and injuring anyone. These tanks will be a hot item at TippmannParts.com and are available in 9oz, 12oz, 20oz, and 24oz.

US Army Project Salvo Paintball Gun
Posted by paintballtech on June 9, 2009
www.Tippmannparts.com is excited to announce the release of the Project Salvo paintball gun by US Army Paintball. This exciting new marker is packed full of new features including: a six position collapsible and foldable stock, an AR-15 style shroud with four built-in Picatinny rails and a new AR-15 style magazine that doubles as a helpful toolkit. The marker also incorporates a flat-top Picatinny rail built into the receiver, which makes it simple for players to quickly add a handle, sight, scope, flashlight, or a variety of other mods.
Another great feature of this marker is its extensive upgradeability. The Project Salvo marker can easily accept the eGrip upgrade as well as several other performance upgrades from the Tippmann 98 Custom Platinum Series such as the Cyclone Feed System, Response Trigger and Flatline barrel.
Much like Alpha Black, the name selected for this new marker is rooted in U.S. Military history. Project Salvo was a series of tests conducted by the U.S. Army’s Operations Research Office (ORO) from the mid to late 1950s. The research obtained through Project Salvo helped lead to the development of the AR-15, which would go on to become the M-16 – widely considered among the most respected and proven rifles ever utilized by the United States armed forces.

Tippmann TPX Pistol Relase Date Pushed Back
Posted by paintballtech on May 7, 2009
I just spoke with Tippmann Sports and they’ve pushed the release date of the TPX Pistol back a few weeks. We now expect to have them in and shipping around the 29th of May, 2009. Don’t be bummed though. Remember this is a quality Tippmann product and they don’t want to release something that isn’t up to their standards.
My understanding is that the design is great and prototypes work great. It looks like a couple of the parts from 3rd party were not manufacturered to Tippmann’s exact specifications. This caused issues with performance and so halted productions. Once these component issues are resolved then production should be in full swing.

Each magazine has an 8 ball capacity. Unlike some other paintball pistols, the Tippmann TPX Pistol has it’s CO2 cartridge underneath the barrel instead of the magazine. This helps keeps the cost of the magazines down. At release date they’re only going to be $39 for the 2 pack.

Tippmann TPX Pistol Holster – Available mid April, 2009
Posted by paintballtech on March 23, 2009

Tippmann TPX Pistol Leg Holster
One of the first Tippmann TPX accessories out is the Tippmann TPX Pistol Leg Holster. It’s going to be available at the same time that the Tippmann TPX Pistol is released. (Around Mid April, 2009)
A lot of thought went in to this new holster. You don’t have to choose left or right side. It’s reversible! The body is removeable so you can move the hoslter to one side or the other and attach the body as needed.
It’s also fully adjustable. The belt strap and leg strap are adjustable so it’s comfortable on just about everyone. The Tippmann TPX Pistol itself is held in place with heavy-duty nylon straps. It won’t fall out.
There are two removable storage pouches. So you can go light and quick or loaded for the day. The side pouch will hold 4 extra TPX Pistol Magazines and a barrel plug. The front pouch can hold another Tippmann TPX Pistol Magazine. Add the one in the gun and you can carry 6 magazines.
You can order the Tippmann TPX Pistol online at TippmannParts.com.

Smart Parts Max-Flo S.I.S HPA Bottle Released 2/9/2009
Posted by paintballtech on February 27, 2009
Finally it’s here. Smart Parts has released a Screw-In version of their high performance Max-Flo regulator. S.I.S. stands for Screw In System. The high flow Max-Flo regulators have had various gun mounting systems in the past. Finally they’ve been able to develop a system that’s consistent, high flow, safe, easy to use, AND affordable for today’s players.
This is just a beautiful regulator that everyone should pick up. You can get the regulator all by itself or it’s available mounted on the following bottles: 47 Cubic Inch 3000psi Capcity, 45 Cubic Inch 4500psi Capacity, or 68 Cubic Inch 4500psi Capacity. The 45ci and 68ci tanks are available in a 3 or 5 year hydrotest version.
“As a player, I understand the appeal of screw-in systems,” said Smart Parts President, Bill Gardner, Jr., “It’s just so convenient to screw it in and go, then unscrew it and put it in your gear bag at the end of the day. We’ve talked about making screw-in systems for years, but there was no way we would release a system until it was done right. We knew it would need to have all of the flow-rate performance, consistency, reliability and safety features associated with the name Max-Flo. We would have to build this regulator at a price that is affordable in today’s economy. We are so proud that our engineering and design teams did that with the Max-Flo SIS.”
You can read the full version of the feature details on our website but let me mention just a few here.
*Preset Convenience: This is your standard preset style tank. It screws in to any ASA of any gun and delivers about 800psi output.
*Stainless Steel ASA Threads: These threads simple won’t be damaged by a poorly machined ASA. Even if you have a poorly machined ASA (bottom line), you don’t have to worry about these threads getting bent or dinged and not working.
*Increased Diameter Fluted Valve Pin: Stainless fluted pin mean high durability and high flow. Leave it to Smart Parts to come up with this ingenious tid bit.
*Anti-Launch Neck: Have you heard the horror stories of tanks being launched off of their regs? Maybe you’ve seen it happen? These SIS tanks have a QUADRUPLE redundant safety system to keep the regs on the tanks. BUT you can still easily remove them for TSA air travel compliance without voiding your warranty.
*Low Profile Fill Nipple: Uses and INTERNAL allen wrench for installation and removal to reduce it’s overall height. The reg will still accept standard fill nipples if needed for repair.
*High and Low-pressure Burst Disks:In the event of a catastrophic reg failure this tank WILL NOT send 4500psi to your gun. The low pressure burst disc will blow before that happens. Another nice safety feature.
*Made In the USA:The Max-Flo regulator was designed in the US. The raw parts are machined in the US. Its assembled and tested in the US. Enough said, or you can read this.
You can buy the new Smart Parts Max-Flo S.I.S. regulators and bottles here at TippmannParts.com.

Green Slimer Translucent Virtue Paintball Crown - Ultra Soft
Blue Ocean Translucent Virtue Paintball Crown
The Virtue Crown Lidless feed system is the best way to get paint in to your paintball hopper and keep it there. The hinged finger design lets the paint in but not out. You don’t have to open a lid, just pour the balls straight from you pod and in to the hopper. You can even shake the hopper upside down and the balls stay put.
The Crowns are available in 3 styles:
Halo Style: Fits Odyssey Halo, ViewLoader Revolution, Empire Reloader, Empire Magna, Pulse, ViewLoader Force, or ViewLoader Eye Force Hoppers.
VLocity Style: Fits ViewLoader VLocity paintball hoppers.
VLocity Jr Style: Fits the ViewLoader VLocity Jr paintball loaders.
Each of these styles comes in a Standard or UltraSoft version. The standard version lets the paint in and lets NO paintballs out. Even with a vigorous upside down shake of your gun, you’re not going to lose any paint. Perfect for player’s that dive in the snake or do a lot of moving and don’t want to waste that paint. The UltraSoft version offers the fastest possible reload time by having slightly softer elastomer fingers. Shake your hopper hard though and you might lose a few balls but much less than competitive lidless feeds.
Here are a few videos to see these awesome lids in action:

TechT Zero Kick Rear Bolt for Tippmann’s and BT’s
Posted by paintballtech on January 26, 2009
TechT has released a new rear bolt upgrade called the Zero Kick. It fits all Tippmanns including 98′s, A5′s, and X7′s. It’s also compatible with the BT4 and BT Delta guns. This new rear bolt is almost half the weight of the stock rear bolt greatly reducing the amount of kick in your gun. Because of the lighter weight, the bolt also moves back and forth quicker. This effectively increases your gun’s potential rate of fire. It weighs in at only 69.9 grams and is made out of a hardened material that gives it a longer wear life.
You can purchase the TechT Paintball Zero Kick Tippmann Rear Bolt here on TippmannParts.com.
